Refund & Returns Policy
Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
A $15 handling/restocking fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not as described
- Incorrect
Where a product is confirmed to have a fault or issue under Australian Consumer Law:
- We will provide a repair, replacement or refund
- We will cover any reasonable return shipping costs or arrange collection where required
Returns Process

- Returns must be approved before being sent
- Items returned without approval may not be accepted
- Approved returns must be sent to:

For large or bulky items, we may arrange collection at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Custom or special-order products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Any applicable shipping costs and the $15 handling fee (for change-of-mind returns) will be deducted from the refund amount
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is provided.

- Shipping costs for the replacement item will also apply

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a repair, replacement or refund as required.
